What insurances do I accept?

I accept Lyra, United and Aetna. I am considered an out of network/out of pocket provider for other insurances.

What are my options if my insurance isn’t listed above?

Depending on your health care benefits, you might have out of network benefits. These allow you to see providers outside of your insurance network. If you choose to use out of network benefits, I would then provide you with a receipt called a Superbill, which you can give to your insurance to request reimbursement.

How much do sessions cost?

$200 for assessment/intake session

$175 per session

What are my payment options?

Payment is due at time of service. I accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard through the Ivypay App.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please reschedule or cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or do not show to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. You can call, email or send me a message through the client portal.

I am interested in starting therapy, what should I do next?

You can contact me by email, phone or the client portal and request a consultation. The consultation is a free 15-20 minute phone call where we will briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for, I will share about my background and experience and we will talk about if we are a good fit. There is no pressure in feeling you have to work with me after the consultation, if we are not a good fit I will provide you with options to find a new therapist.
